To many users use proxy to register and surf in forum, we dont want this, so I want to know something to detect it.

You can use VeridiPass to block proxy servers.

You can find there thousands of vBulleting mods and you can find some that are specially designed to block proxy accesses.

In fact there isnt a good mod for do it.... And veridipass is for detect bots or not? My "Proxy" users are real person, with only 2 or 3 account.

If someone is trying to connect to your site using software including a proxy service it will likely be detected.

We use http://botscout.com, they have plugins for most forum softwares - stops all blacklisted spam signups dead, and it is FREE.

I think you'll find that those who have quite effective proxy blockers will tend to keep that info to themselves...
Try FJworld, he has a veridipass system that seems popular with PTC sites for whacking proxies.
