it is now time to get a design made. so while i do not have the time to make one i will have a contest to get one.

Rules:
Design must be your own work (i will check all layout sites to make sure that the design in question is not a free template).
No use of copyrighted work in the design.
Once you submit a design, the works become property of SSPTC Inc. until we decide if we will use it or not.
Designs need to be in strict Xhtml and Css 2.0.
any images must be either gif or png and optimized.

Design should be 3 Columns.
Design should look eye popping.
Submiters can submit upto 2 designs.
The winner of the design contest must provide to us all PSD files used to make the design. and any other source files.

Prizes:
1st Place: 3 Month Premium on site w/ Banner placing for 3 banners for one year for free.
2nd Place: 1 Month Premium on site.
3rd Place: 10,000 Exchange Credits.
