 Wink  this  would be our  first problem ......

Used to be in general,  under acct selling.....  was no need to put in a rule  when it was still foggy on the proper way it was to be interpreted  by all of   ems  world

ok added to general rules

Selling of VCC (Virtual Credit Cards) is not permitted directly at EMS, although you may advertise it in your signature or banner spots at EMS.
