This is a friendly reminder to always use a unique password at EMS that you DO NOT use anywhere else. If you have been using a password at EMS that you use on other sites, I suggest you change your EMS password right away to be unique.

If your EMS account gets stolen due to your own negligence with not having a unique password, it will not be restored.

Again this is a reminder, Please make sure your EMS password is unique and NOT used on any other site.

On a site note, how many of you are using the same password on EMS that you use elsewhere?  Shocked

These 2 members were stupid enough to use the same password on bux sites that they use for EMS, hence their accounts were broken into and now they are banned.

My each and every site has completely different password and Its not difficult to remember those for me.  thumbs up
When I started using PTc sites, off course i was not aware of it, so i was using same passwords for all sites, but after few months, i changed all passwords to unique ones and now i never use any password more than once.  Smiley
In EMS, AP, LR, and my emails, I use to change my passwords periodically.

Me I personally have different passwords for all my good sites in a windows notepad file and just have that open while working.

For sites I dont care about I just use my generic password.

I also saved my sites and passwords on notepad But few days back I read that saving ur passwords on your PC's notepad is also not safe. Im not aware of these technicalities, but when I read this on some EMS topic, I removed that notepad file after taking its print.  worried
Now i write my new passwords on that printed page.  big grin

If you have running & updated Antivirus and/or any security software you don't have to worry about that.
All my PTC's password are saved on Notepad too.
