Well, I had that problem before, the stupid paypal support won't help you because they are a bunch of retards being paid $1500/month for giving no support. Anyway, that means you have 2 paypal accounts, you will have to close one of them to enable the other again. Disable the one you don't have money in, or upgrade one of those to a buyer/seller account.

EDIT: you won't be able to buy refs from Neobux, it only accepts payments from Paypal verified accounts.

It may be a problem if he completes transactions with your internet/IP adress. Paypal will think its a dupe account.

1) restart your internet connection to get a new ip address. this works if you have a dynamic address
