Same here but it was opening about 1/2 hr ago so maybe it will be back soon.

I was looking for new ads and when I clicked the second new ad it didn't opened. Same problem with PPClix.

I was notified that there was some network issues within the Datacenter, the server administrators over there are working on it to get it back up ASAP. It is currently out of our control. I'll keep people posted as I get updates.
