I'm fairly new with AP, can anyone tell me how can I file a complain to ask for the fee money back?

Only for the last 30 days...

Log in to your AlertPay account and copy the reference # from your transaction
Go to http://helpdesk.alertpay.com and click on "Submit a Ticket"
On the next screen, click the bullet item "Transaction Dispute" and then click Next
On the next screen, type in your name, the email address you are using with AlertPay, and the reference # you are disputing. Then choose the bullet item "I want to dispute a transaction", then select "Yes" for the option that asks if you've contacted the merchant, (even if you haven't, say Yes anyway), then check the checkbox that says you understand it will take up to 3 weeks.
In Message Details, use "Transaction Dispute" as subject and a resumed explain in the body.

Send, sit back and wait...

EDIT: one question, after I do this, will AP ask me to confirm my adress, credit/debit card etc?

No, they dont ask for nothing, only send an email when they make cotact with merchant giving 5 business days to response from merchant

...

EDIT: one question, after I do this, will AP ask me to confirm my adress, credit/debit card etc?
