PtcPay, I am starting to loose patience with your s**t script and your unwilligness to sort that out quickly, you better to move faster a bit or else I am sure that I can find a few people who are also pissed off your services and bad products and will go further to do anything it takes to take what you have built down by any legal ways possible.

Robert is indeed a great guy. I've chatted with him over MSN a couple times and he's offered a lot of help for me.

He may be a great coder but it will still take some time as he is only one person.

I am not happy at all right now. Promised new updates that promised to fix issues but only caused more. Then more promises about later releases that should fix previous issues but still not released or carried out. What is going on exactly?

Now that is an excellent point.

There is no way that PTCPay should have earned a developer badge.

Maybe he does desert another badge but it definitely should not be a developer badge.

Just because you say you have a strict No Refund Policy does not mean you are allowed to take money from honest people and fail to deliver what you promised.

I know that if he was more reachable, as in living in Canada I would have had my money back and he would likely not be conducting business the way he is doing now.

Because he is in a different country that creates more of a challenge but hey, my business is world wide so it just takes longer to address a trade dispute.

Unless he thinks his way of conducting business is wise I do not understand why he would not give a refund.
