I agree. Stress and poor sleep might lead to weight loss, but it will be an unhealthy way. It is better to work on your lifestyle, change your diet and start exercising regularly. Thus, you will lose weight slowly but stay healthy. I've recently read an article about this https://betterme.world/articles/is-it-normal-to-lose-3-pounds-overnight/ and understood that I made several mistakes. I'm going to follow the recommendations in the hope they will help me lose weight in a proper way.
