Referral system is back online, You get .25 Cents for every referral registered.

I'm currently working on a JackPot system that will give .10 Cents for every completed offer. I will setup a script that will also increase the Jackpot 5 Cents every hour! Once we reach the end of the current month, a link will appear with these words "Are you this months jackpot winner?" The user will then click on that link, and will determine if their userid/ID is a choosen winner which is done at random!

Jackpot system is complete, the top 5 users will share the Jackpot such as follows

First - 60%
Second- 20%
Third- 10%
Forth- 5%
Fifth - 5%

For every completed offer a user does they will earn .10 cents into the jackpot, also every hour the Jackpot will increase .10 cents
How do you determine a winner? Well the user with the most money earned into the jackpot will be first. But of course the .10 cents generated every hour wont count towards any of the users. They will be part of the total amount distributed to the users on a 60,20,10,5,5% basis by what rank they currently are. I'll give you an example.

Lets say for the whole month the winners are as follow

First - User1 - 5.00$
Second User 2 - 4.00$
Third - User3 - 2.50$
Fourth - user4 - 2.00
Fifth user5 - .50$

Now lets say that this month is currently January with 31 days if the jackpot automatically generates .10 cents an hour for 31 days that equals
.10*24*31= 74.7$ + the total of all the amounts that the top 5 users made = 88.4$

First place would get - 53.04$
Second place would get - 17.68$
Third place would get - 8.84$
Fourth place would get - 4.42$
Fifth place would get - 4.42$
