What should be done to make a quality article?

You can't answer this question in one post, but if you want to make it short and to the point, here are the main points:

Check the top competitors. pay special attention to: the structure of the article, the number of words, the occurrence of kewords.
The main criteria:
the article fully discloses the meaning
the article should be unique
the text should be well structured (subheadings H2, H3)
Use tables and lists
except for keywords, use LSI tails
