Hi all! I need your help. I want to move my business to the Internet. The functionality of the site is almost ready. But I have a question about web design. As important that the site has a unique design or can I use a template version? This affects only the appearance or site promotion as well?
And tell me please, to create a unique design I should hire individual freelancers or better to go to a creative firm to attract a team of experienced designers.

It all depends on the project. Some simple not complicated ones are ok with one person working on it, for some larger ones you need to involve even 5-10 people. There is no exact answer on this one. We work with the professional software development company Forbytes for years now and they mostly give us 2-3 guys for an average project
