I have only 1 survey listed (Freelotto) and after I submit it it redirects me to page saying that I'm already registered there but then I haven't proceeded to the Premium Area.

Did you maybe do that offer somewhere before? Because if you are redirected to that page your submission is invalid so therefore you can't proceed to premium area.
