My friend is using several creams that are gluten-free and donít have any side effects. Iíll find out the names and will let you know. From my side, I can advise trying face yoga. Itís 100% natural without the usage of any additional oils or creams. I exercise it for 15 minutes per day, and itís pretty enough. According to the reviews on face yoga, you can slash years off your appearance if doing it regularly. I found out about this method of rejuvenation just 2 months ago and already see good results. Sometimes Iím lazy and miss a day or two. But then try to discipline me and put more effort to cover the missing days

Personaly I recommend you to consult a skin specialist rather than searching in forum results. 😉

I have had a problem with enlarged pores on my face since I was a teenager. Here are some tips to reduce their number or get rid of them. It is possible to narrow facial pores to varying degrees at home, using proper home care. To do this, you need to use cleansers, lotions, creams, serums, masks. Effective to narrow the pores on the face will help masks containing clay, zinc, masks with matting effect. They purify and narrow pores, drying up inflammation. Also, do not often use scrubs and peels. For a complete treatment of problem skin it is necessary to seek advice from a cosmetologist!

Skin problems are not only a beauty problem. This can also be linked with more serious causes. They can be temporary or permanent, be situational or genetic. That's why, I'd suggest you to first consult a doctor and also a dermatologist. I also follow the Canada Drugs health blog, where it is also explained the connection between the age and skin problems.

If you don't want or don't have a possibility to visit a cosmetologist right now, I'd start with changing your nutrition. I noticed that I face issues with skin when often eating chocolate and fast food. So, I avoid such food. Also, I take collagen (you can find the description here) which really works for me and makes my skin better.
