AuroraCoderz Support (?) Ayman and Reba

Hello,

I opened this post because I have two months or more waiting response of Ayman or Reba from the service AuroraCoderz.
I payed a license the script for 1 year, the first month all perfect, they responsed each day practically, solved all my doubts and problems with the script, with the pass of time, they response less until this moment, 2 months not response.

I contact via Facebook (AuroraCoderz fan page) with they but not response.
I contact via ticket support with they but not response.
I see they have 1 month or more without use Forum AuroraCoderz.
I contact via personal Facebook of Reba, but not response.

Then I search info and info about they, because I need contact with they for fix severals problem of script service that I payed for 1 year (and thought/think still paying) and found it, they are actives here, Ayman conected yesterday (but no response in AuroraCoderz Support...) and Reba 2 days ago (but no response in AuroraCoderz Support...). I repeat, I have more the 1 month, near two (maybe more...) waiting response and help with my site, and they uses Internet for that I see... It's curious for me. worried
