You are all wrong, there are no longer PTC's, only GPT

The number of legit PTCs are scarce, some old ones standing, but a lot of the new ones are just ponzi schemes and fly by night operations.  The word PTC is often misused - always has anyway, what people perceive as a PTC most of the time is just a ponzi scheme, these sites that open with weirdo names, and run on weirdo domains, and make unsustainable promises, then they last a few months, shut down and open under new equally silly names.  Those are NOT PTCs, they claim to be, because they are criminals wanting your money and only to fool the SAME people getting scammed multiple times.
If people cannot differentiate between TRUE PTC and SCAM model, then no wonder a lot of people are being scammed when they could instead spend that money on legit sites to encourage actual hard working and honest owners.

It's so bad in this industry that if someone were to open a PTC site called IWonTPayU, people will still join and complain they didn't get paid !

One thing FOR SURE, the SCAM arena is alive and well - and the only thing keeping these fraud sites open is cryptocurrency !  The demise of Liberty Reserve did not do any damage, Crypto took over and is keeping scams and dark web operations alive.

Yes - Many more old Genuine and Trusted PTC are still available.

It is true, PayPal is not supported for some of the sites. But they have added many more Payment option.
You can set as per your choice.

If anyone interested, can work.
