sit straight and close your eyes. Observe your breath. Don't control just observe it, thoughts will come, ignore them and observe your breath.

I was told about this method of getting rid of pain when I broke my leg. It was a difficult fracture and he was ill so that he would not let me sleep. I honestly tried to get into a state as you say. It's useless. When a person feels pain, he canít just get rid of it ((I found my trick, I used cbd for pain. This actually gives more pain relief without affecting the liver and kidneys.
