When entering, he writes "incorrect data", and when he tries to recover the password, he writes "the user does not exist or the postal address is not correct".   And it's impossible to understand what happened.

Probably you're mixing things up between EMS forum and EMS web-page account.
Remember EMS Forum and EMS Pages are entirely different sites with different database. If You have made an EMS Forum account then it won't work on EMS Page side, Same thing goes for EMS Page accounts.
