Hey JustClick how are you? I know you for a long time.

I have a question.
Do hosting companies allow making VPN using VPS?
I want to make VPN for only 1 month and then I will change Hosting company every month because I need new ip.

Yes most of the VPS seller allowed VPN to be used for personal use. Not for commercial.

I tried with a vps but couldn't setup up.
I think every hosting has different system.

How can i become master of vpn setup?

Read your hosting rules first , are they allowing personal VPN or not.

Then check

Is your TUN/TAP enabled or not ?
