so I need to make PHP text editor for my own CMS

i can convert those string/text into html thingy.

but i face a problem. I cant auto convert image url to html <img> tags

i need partners

lets make an open source app for this shall we

Now machine learning is developing very intensively. It is believed that now there is a big threshold between learning machine learning and putting it into practice. The most commonly used programming languages are c / c ++, python 2/3, Lua and MatLab, and the frameworks are Caffe, TensorFlow, torch.
