Easy way is adwords, google classified. Send me your domain name and I've a look what is missing or what you need to do.
Its free so don't worry. Depending on the shop, social media also drives traffic to you, not so much buying IMO though.

Traffic is a bit of a snowball. Be sure you have the infrastructure set up to engage your visitors and then invest in traffic through aforementioned methods (adwords over facebook).

Alternatively opt for a slower organic (cheaper!) growth by also using influencers and word of mouth marketing. I.e. hand out some samples and have people review them.

I agree, SEO takes more time to have effect but in the end it occurs. The best option for fast rankings would be to combine both SEO and advertising. I did this for my own website. Placed an order for a hundred SEO links and added some advertising from a google ads agency melbourne. On the following week my website started to experience a significant increase in traffic and visitors. What I don't like about advertising is that doing it once is never enough, it should be done on a regular basis and it requires funds.
