That is ICO price. There are no exchangers that accept the coin as far as I know, so as with USE coin which we also accept we are mitigatingbthd risk by offering 40% less.

im trying to add funds 10$ to adzbux and app is showing:
Please send 86.11404242 CPS to:
Address: coinpaymentsnet
Memo MUST be set to: D0134000abe43ecff

seems rate is incorrect and is 1:1 (different from your offer) and if i click on payment status it is showing Send To Address:coinpaymentsnet with the Memo set to P7ea97d03accf966c
so how to be, which memo to use and how much CPS to send to get 10$ on balance
ohh and how to send at all? seems app doesnt have any buttons to approve payment

i have  opened support ticket regarding this purchase but you have closed ticket after reply
but i still couldnt understand completely add funds process via coinpayments on your site (all other sites have different coynpayments api page than yours )
your payment preview page does not contain confirmation button but all the others merchants have
besides that your page is showing CPS with rate 1:1  but your will is to get CPS with 60%
im not today born but this seems to be impassable
