I do not think that will affect your rankings in any way! You can move with it and include the bitcoin functionality into your website!

Maybe SEO has changed a lot for the past 4/5 years (time i been out of it) but i dont see why would affect your SEO.
Is 1 feature, yes will have some text but would have to be something amazing to affect content in such a way that affects every other content within your site.
SEO comes down to 2 things:
Content and backlinks, so the fact of adding 1 feature (if legal one) should NOT affect your SEO
