At least they responding to you. I had 2 dedicated servers down since June 1st. They yet to restore service. You think I get better support than people on shared hosting. They renew cpanel licenses month at time. So not been able access or make own backups due invalid licenses. Only good news they so bad they yet to cancel 5 of my servers but only one paid for been down sine June 1st. They autoclose tickets every 5 days so have to keep replying.
If use Snoork might be best to move elsewhere they gone downhill this year.
Only good thing about this made up my mind on business choice should of made 18 months ago. Due not being able edit sites or access email good chance lose what pay processors or merchant accounts got left. Add that fact can not move said sites might as well close them they just costing me $600-800 a month between server and domain renewal cost. I do want to keep one servers with my traffic exchanges if they will ever respond to me.
That's sad. You have more to lose than me. They try to get me to take their VPS. I wrote to them again on Sep 1 and they aren't responding to me too. I always thought that you guys got better service so i'm surprise to hear that.
