but adds are not reseted. at this time should be reseted.

 Hopefully next time when there are maintenance like this inform us at least 24 hrs ahead of time.
We don't want to waste our $ in advertisement.

HOpe we also get compensation for the downtime like extension of membership.

I didn't know about the maintenance either.And i got a notification a couple of hours because they begin(I also was sleeping when i got the notification) so i didn't have to time to make an announcement.
Anyway if anyone wants he/she can claim 1 more day of his/her membership by sending a support ticket.

I didn't know about the maintenance either.And i got a notification a couple of hours because they begin(I also was sleeping when i got the notification) so i didn't have to time to make an announcement.
Anyway if anyone wants he/she can claim 1 more day of his/her membership by sending a support ticket.

What time is the refresh of ads? I noticed it usually refreshes 2-3 times within 24 hrs.

I am sorry that i did not response faster but i was so busy these days.
Anyway i responded to your support ticket.
The ads at 9:00 GMT time.I don't think that the ads response more than 1 time per day.

Update about the ads reset more than 1 time per day issue :
When the site was down my hosting move the site to a more powerful deticated server and they forgot to terminate the previous one,so the cron jobs were running on both servers,that's why for couple of days now the ads were reseting 2 times per day.
The problem is fixed now.
Thanks to all members that notified me for that issue.
