if site is paying am gud cause them license prices are to expensive for site owners with small member growth thats why most sites turn scam admin cant pay members cause they have to pay these high prices

LOL, no, they are scam because people thnik they can run a PTC/GPT with no funds and think members will feed them as much as advertisers which is definitly wrong.

To test drive a license I do agree that licences are expensive but if you have to run a website then a developper licence is what you need, so expect $1500 in cost just for the license, a nice theme and 6 month VPS to start with.
not forgetting that to get a fair amount of members, you should also add $500 in marketing and before you even get $1 from potential advertisers, expect to pay $300/500 as payout without a single dime of revenue, at the ned of the day if you start a ptc withh less than $2500 you are screwed from the start and you will soon find out that there is no other solution to scam people to recoup your investment. (and I am not even talking about all scammers who will try to f**k you up with dodgy funds / withdraw

but now alot of sites coming with free .tk names and free script or illegal script also free hosting and admin asking you to deposit to withdraw so that means you dont need a cent to start example http://argobux.tk/ like many others like it
