This is a fight for nothing,
first, Cakephp is not old, about 10 years old and new version is a month old.
then, as far as I am concerned about futurumclix script, it looks a great script, plenty of features and all, but marketing strategy is pretty awful at the light of everything I said and what I can read above. To OP, your marketing need to change because your script seems pretty good.

I will purchase it in the near future, Because now it's too soon for me to run a big site with this script. Script is almost new and must pass some tests under too many members/visitors, ACTIVE bots and too many requests/sec
(For example:  +60,000 Members, +2,000 user online(member and visitor) per second and +1,000,000 active bot)


Without a good coder all EvolutionScript websites will failed after 400K bot.  Because their scripts' codes and mysql are not optimized for a big website
When you sold almost 150 - 200k Bot in Evolutionscript , sometimes you will get "cannot connect to the DB" error
When you sold almost 300 - 350 Bot, most of times you will get " Error 500, internal server" error "cannot connect to the DB" error too.
And when you reach +400k bot, site will be too slow and  It's better to say goodbye to your website

All old and big evolutionscript websites have open source license and their own developer.

Josue Ramos(Evolution's developer)  never help his customers and always says problem is coming from your hosting company. He only want money. I know too many evolution's admins. All of them have same problem with him.
There is no problem with our dedicated servers. Problem is coming from script.

People are using , i did one project on FuturumClix not full but some part. Due to  Lack of marketing it is not yet in bulker like EvolutionScript.

Designing is little tough for this Script , but overall its good as my client said.

Good luck with script but if you want to have customers you need to include some addons in basic package.Selling them separately is bad job.Aurora offers all for 50$ ,you want each addon to sell for 50$ .BAD JOB

And show me please what this script can vs my script for basic price. Also I don't find Aurora a safe script, even here you could find some scripts to reveal security holes in it.
