Not really pure scam.
Some rumours said they are doing selective payment and you need to invest before get paid, TOS is just a diversion to make sure they're really paying.
Usually standard members which never deposit money will be abondoned somehow. Ain't sure but be careful...

I just noticed it already. If I was not wrong, they have Bug Report or Problem section before.
Seems they removed it due to has many payment problem on their site. This is bad sign from Okik and PTC1.

Okik is a SCAM. When I asked for my payment they blocked my account. I had 524 direct referrals on Okik :/

Also watch on PTC1.net - same admins as Okik.
