I have only ever owned one OfferWall Network in the past and that was SwarmAds. We had paid all of our owed balances before we shut down the business.

SwarmAds was built as a custom script which was not able to handle the amount of users that we had received, due to its popularity. Eventually, this ended the business.

Starlier has been re-created using the past experience of SwarmAds to provide a better quality and more stable platform for all of our users. Particularly our Fraud detection system, which seems to be working incredibly well so far.

I hope that this clears up some of the questions that you and many other past users of SwarmAds may have.
