Of course the member wants their account back, they were using it to steal from you... 90% of cheaters won't ever say anything, those that do will blame it on their kid, or their dog, or their friend "I stepped away from the computer" ...they were just "testing" something.. whatever, it's always an excuse.  They'll usually come back under a different username, email, and IP address anyway.

There is always the chance that you could be wrong, but you have to way the cost of what being wrong and suspending them would lose your business vs what being right, but letting them stay costs you not only in revenue directly but also indirectly with the advertising results.

Just bann him on bouth sites, u already know he used autoclicker.
I remember the time when i had 3 ptc sites, i had programmer develop me script to detect multiclicker bots, to mmy amezment over 80% of my 11k users were using bots
