Dear EMS users,

I would like to hear your opinion.

I am EpicClix and EpicBux admin.

I do security check on each user while I prepare payment.
At the moment it's around 50 ~ 80 payment requests daily, I can do that manually.

One user used autoclicker on EpicBux. So, I suspended him from both EpicBux and EpicClix.

The reason he used it for "Just a try".

He is saying that it is unfair, because he only used autoclicker on EpicBux.
And saying "Can you show me epicclix terms written if epicbux banned, epicclix also banned"

Do you think I did wrong, suspend him from both sites?

My Epicbux account was suspended and you said that your system detected no mouse usage from my side on EpicBux. You also asked for the reason and I honestly accepted that I used bot for EpicBux alone. I then  asked to unsuspend my account if possible with balance reset. But why you suspended me on EpicClix too ?
You can check, I never used any kind of bot for EpicClix.
I used bot only for EpicBux as it's script is different and it loaded very slow in my browser.
If you think that if my account remains safe on EpicClix and if it will effect your site then no problem, you can let my account be suspended forever.

No, you took the right decision and you did it rightly as needed: No mercy for cheaters, they live against all the users that working honestly and hard with ptc sites.

If you want to forgive him I guess you can allow him on epicclix.But with a lot of work as a admin,you don't have to take risks with obvious cheaters

Well i have in TOS:  will lead to immediate account suspension on our and our partners network.

If user really is sorry, i usually give another chance, but otherwise will be banned from all my sites and from sites i do cooperate with.

The bottom line your a cheater i,d subspend you on both sites forever  you say oh you were just doing on one site bottom line is you cheated  people like you is what kills ptc  you need to ban for life lucky i,m not in charge  you be gone......... i hate cheaters

If the member used an Auto Clicker in EpicBux there are high chances of him come to use in EpicClix too. So I think you did it right.

bots are usually created per script type not per owner

You did the right thing stopping cheaters is the best course of action.

This is why on my site I reserve the right to ban/suspend for any reason.

So being a known cheater on another site can be a valid reason for suspension on even my site.


but ultimately deciding to forgive him and let him on the other site is up to you.
