Who is your ISP and what router are you using? Was the router provided by your ISP? It could be that the ISP DNS servers are not as they should be. Or the connectivity to them. Can you run and post your ipconfig /all results?

Have you searched on Google the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error message? There are various solutions available.

This issue can  be because of 2 reasons

1. Problem from your end, which can be from
    Router or Modem
    Computer or other device
    Browser
    Internet settings

1. Problem can be from your ISP, so if no 1 doesn't work call you Internet service provider too

You can try troubleshooting like

- Reset your browser and check the URL you typed
- Flush the DNS by typing ipconfig/flushdns on cmd
- Release the IP by typing ipconfig/release on cmd
- Renew the Ip by typing ipconfig/renew on cmd

Follow every steps properly and also restart your device
