i now know how to host it but but can ny1 suggest me ny free host for hosting my php script and can also tell me procedure in breif

personally i wouldn't use any of them scripts. but you need a host that you can have 2 mysql databases on. one for the site and one for your forum. you will need to create a db user and connect that user to your db 1 db user per db. then upload all PHP files in binary. to your server public_html or www directory via ftp.

They are all warez scripts. So stay away from them.

i am not going to help anymore, because if you have to use a free host and a free domain then your ptc will be a scam and i will not help make a scam site.

no it isn't, I told you in PM i would install for you for $5, now because you didn't have that money means your broke, means you don't have no money to start a ptc  which means you think starting a ptc is for making profit. you have to have money to have a ptc PERIOD!!!!
