just find a good niche and make a daily updated blog with good articles.
good theme, a seo plugin and some backlinks will do the rest.

I have been running my PTC site ( TheBuxer) for over 15 months now and it is getting stable though this is happening slowly, but I am not in a hurry.

Now I am thinking of opening another site to make extra money outside PTC.

You don't need to if you make sure the owner will never be in debt or in lose, so if you promise a percentage of what you earn for each group and 1 percent or something like that goes to you. Then the owner will never be in a lose and will never have to scam others (debt swap, account suspension, etc)

Take example of advertzer free users cant earn and even after a little $1 investment you get daily 1 cent worth of ads but now the site is performing debt swap.... 

Is the admin paying his college loan who can say.....
