Guys its very simple:
I will first tell you the compensation plan and then how team will work!!  :thinking:
Site is based on sharing the revenue. So if Site has released 1000 shares and at any particular day, they got profit of $100 then they will distribute $0.1 per share on that day!!!
Now our main aim is to earn or purchase shares....How to earn shares???
1. First basic method is to purchase them. Rate is 10 shares for $2.
2. Do some tasks like sharing their link on social sites or liking their pages. you an earn them by reviewing various sites. or by posting payment proofs. or post about their site on various forums. or finally if you ever purchase advertising from them they will give shares!!
3. Best and free method, which we will adopt here is by referring people to their site.

So if you refer any person to their site, they will pay 0.1 share for signup and then 0.1 share again when your referral signup other member on 5 levels. Plus there is 10% earning from your refs on 5 levels. So if your ref on any level (from 1 to 5), purchase anything then you will earn 10% of that amount.
Now  our team will do this: Everyone who join my team will get 2 refs. Now if every members has two member on every level in their downline then for every person you have 62 members. So just by their signup you will get 6.2 shares. If everybody purchase shares worth $2 then you got $12.4
Now whatever they earn also give you 10% (which i am not sure so expect this to be false but its written on their site)...

What you have to do is give me your name. I will give you my ref link. I got 2 refs then those refs will send me their ref link.  I will put next 4 people under them. and then put next 8 people under them....thing is very simple you come first and you get more refs because at some point people interested on this forum will end and you won't get refs if you are late....

Best thing is that untill i get a payment proof nobody need to purchase anything. so once i get payout then everyone will purchase and earning oportunity will increase just exponentially
