I don't have enough funds to upgrade , Can I join ?

Yes , But be sure that after a time [may be long or short] , it will be your turn to get 2 direct referrals , You must then have enough funds to upgrade .

I've joined Ctpgem before I see your team , can I change my upline ?

You can rarely change your Upline , you can send support to admin to ask him , he may accept in some cases .
If you don't need your old account , you can make a new one [after changing IP] under our team member (NIL)

When will I have my 2 DR ?

It depend on your position on the spreadsheet(according to your joining time] , Earlier positions got them faster

What does NIL stand for ?

NIL : Next In Line , The member who will be the upline of the new member

Do I need any other work after joining the team ?
No , you will wait Until you are the NIL , Then you must upgrade ! Also when you have a time you should react here in the topic with other members and promote this topic 

What is the method used to give us the 2 upgraded referrals? 

I fill each level with 2 referrals for each one

For example :

X(0) - Y(0) - Z(0)  where X,Y,Z are team members . When a new member joins :

X(1) - Y(0) - Z(0) .. another member joins :

X(2) - Y(0) - Z(0) .. another member joins :

X(2) - Y(1) - Z(0) .. another member joins :

X(2) - Y(2) - Z(0) .. another member joins :

X(2) - Y(2) - Z(1) .. another member joins :

X(2) - Y(2) - Z(2) .. another member joins :  I go to the level under the last one [Those who joined under X,Y,Z] and fill them with the same method.
