Actually I'm making the decision to close this sales thread at the end of the month simply because of lack of sales here. Not sure why because clearly through the main site we're seeing only increases in sales which kind of goes to show that if countless clients keep coming back to buy more sites, this must be doing something good. But unfortunately I see that EMS is not the appropriate forum to promote this kind of sale, as I've seen other sales threads selling SEO services also having at best mediocre success. I am assuming this is due to the niche of EMS which is more geared towards GPT, PTC, etc.

That all said until the end of the month I'm offering 20% off anything on the site, simply use EMSFinalSales on check out.

This was my opinion sadly even I am not geared towards PTC/GPT. As the websites you sell look Spam to Google and very hard to rank.Ask someone from outside EMS and he will say the same "Spam looking content/ Just to get thin PPC clicks". My website is about to expire and I'm not going to renew.I tried some good backlink packages but it has no effect whatsoever on the website.I suggest you seriously need to improve the quality of your service as well guide them How To rank that specific keyword.
Also the sales you get may be because your sales=website is well ranked in google I think # 1 for that keyword so you get sales.

I really appreciate your constructive feedback. I know with your particular order there were a lot of issues, but I'd like to say that since the time you've ordered about eight months ago, our service has really vastly improved. The quality of articles is a lot better now. We're also now offering different themes so that if you think the first theme is too "spammy" you can select any theme that you want, or from a list of suggested themes that we have tried out.

The building block or the factor you must consider seriously for making big bucks from microniche site is keyword itself so 90% of the micrniche site building effort should be placed in finding excellent keyword alone,you a little suggestion for gamingmaster: please provide keywords with high CPC and searches while selling sites in ems,that way surely more people would be interested in your services.It's not a big deal to find higher CPC keywords and while searching for microniche projects I found 100's of keywords with CPC-4-5$ as well with good monthly searches.

And for buyers,here's my little suggestion: these days google doen't give much priority to microniche sites with 3-4 pages of contents and if you want to rank for a specific keyword you should be building authority sites(with min 10-15 pages) with unique contents,should try to increas backlinks pointing to your site as well improve social signals,,you guys will not earn a penny by not doing anything after you receive a site.

Btw here are some of my microniche sites(I am trying to build a microniche empire),I just establish one site and then make another one:

These sites have good CPC as well high searches(not just CPC 1$ and 1000 searches), and also I found these keywords easily.........

Of course, keyword research is one of the most important factors in our service. The minimum keyword criteria we have is 1000+ searches and $1.00+ CPC as you mentioned. However, for interested buyers, we have addons to get 2000+/4000+ searches, as well as $1.50+ and $2.50+ CPC.
Secondly, one micro niche site is not really supposed to get "big bucks". I would say the average micro niche site earns $1 a day, around $30 a month, which by no means is "big bucks".

Thank you, you bring a really good point. Micro niche sites are definitely harder to rank now. That's why we have an add-on for 5 additional articles, which brings the total to nine pages of unique content. Another add-on is for social signals. We also sell backlinks through our site.

http://www.claimweeks.net/ - We use this theme on some of our sites. But on our sites we obviously take out the footer link, the "your logo", and have a custom favicon.
I have not personally checked any of the searches/CPC for each of those sites, but I can tell you that this site will not be ranked easily. Looking at the first page of results, I see that government and state sites take up most of the spots. It'll be hard to rank above those.
http://www.txattorneygeneral.net - This does not pass Copyscape.
http://www.applestock.net - This contains a trademark and doesn't have a site (just a parked domain).

So in general I see that your concern regarding our service is the low CPC and low searches, which is remedied with the add-ons. So perhaps you'd like to give our service a shot (it'll be cheaper than building your own site of similar quality). I promise you will not be disappointed, despite what the last two buyers have posted. You seem to realize that the sites require additional time and investment to really be successful, and most buyers unfortunately do not do that. The few buyers who do spend more time, end up reaping high returns.

But saying that,my another site www.claimweeks.net is ranking preety well(although there hasn't been bacnklink update),I have been ranking for desired keywords in 3-5th pages of google,and with some more authority,rich articles and social signals I hope i would be able to rank in first page in no time at all.

And about www.applestock.net , it's a work in progress and I just mention the site as i found this keyword without much work,, it has about 400000+ exact searches and CPC 4$+ ......

And lastly about the services you are offering,, yeah I agree you are also providing keywords(with more than $1 CPC) as well providing more articles as well backlinks,social siganls,,, but you are asking a lot more for the services in total,,if I have to buy a complete site with good CPC and backlinks,articles etc it would cost me about 100$ which is certainly a very big price here in ems,,so little advice for you is try to offer the services to the maximum and place your prices the minimum for your business to work in ems,,just my thought

As for your concern, if you compare our service price to others, even with the addons it's cheaper, better bang for the buck, most micro niche services will only include one or two articles, and that only 300 - 400 words, we have four, 500 word articles. In any case, EMS does not appear to be the target audience anyways I want to market, prices are too deflated here to make a profit which led me to the decision of closing the thread.

In other news, we are moving to a new VPS which is why we are having downtime, appreciate your patience.
