There are multiple wordpress plugins already available for this purpose by the way.
But if you need a custom one, there are many good coders available here too to be hired.
And if you're looking for a premade one, googling it will give you a nice list.

already have wp membership based site .. bt wp is killing me rt now so dont want to use it anymore

There are a lot of websites selling that simple membership script, you can get it (it has also affiliate area) and then redesign it and add the custom features you want..I think it's the simplest and cheapest way to do it..
