I having no problem attracting users on my two auroras.  You just need to offer better ads at start.

I put $10 a day worth of high value ads on both for first 3 months (limited clicks).

There are:
one 2 cent ad
two 1 cent ad
two 1/2 cent ad
four 1/4 cent ad

So thats $1000 worth of ads.  But its manageable to pay as $10 a day.  On one site it brought a big spender.

If goes well I do it again.

They don't suck, they just require people that want a payment button (IPN/API) to have a merchant account, which requires bank verification. (Not really that big a deal, but then again STP isn't as popular as PayPal/Payza, and might not be worth the effort to some people Tongue )

For your reference, I forward you the criteria for Applying Account manager (for Business account only) for your kind consideration

Criteria for Account Manager:

 Total Payment Volume (TPV) is more then $30,000 USD/month for 3 consecutive months
 The account is open with no limitation.
 No AUP history
 Had used PayPal for more than 6 months

what i find 'odd' is...how the hell some scam ptc's can pay their members without using the sending purchase goods
if the masspay required 30k for 3 consecutive months? rofl

After a certain date (I wanna say sometime in 2011) you had to go request it be enabled (basically required having an account manager). Tongue

it's there (technically, it was never gone)...but, it's just not usable to all of the members laugh
*not to mention the requirement (30k x 3 = 90k rofl )
