Hello
To receive a withdrawal - $3.00 minimum and will be processed between 1-4 Business Days
Also, I have just go approved for mass pay with PayPal, so I am moving to a Once A week formula so I am not sending multiple transactions thru mass pay.

I had mad a backup and It hung on my command to reboot.
Of course I had left for the day and when I got home, I had a few messages.
I just upgraded my resources as the site needed a little more.
Anyways, I have rebooted and back up.

IMO it would turn away clickers
Advertisers pay to have people view their ads and not just clicked and ignored until time to validate view.
It really doesn't matter the value of the ads, clickers are rewarded to view ads, and it is in every way ok to force the view.
Our Lowest rate we pay publishers is $ 0.0005. Publisher rates will vary.
