In order to avoid this situation nd any legal complications in the future I highly recommend that you update your privacy policy.

3.1. Your email address will never be shown, sold or shared.
3.2. Your personal email address will only be used by CenterBux to communicate with you in regards to support tickets, lost passwords, PIN recovery or important site announcements.

UseTitan is a 3rd party and your Privacy Policy states that you do not give the details to any other party. UseTitan knowing the username and password of one of the members is a direct breach of your own policy. Update it to cover yourself or there could be trouble down the line.

Still you haven't answer, doesn't matter if it's a gold or silver or a pltinum account, easy to come and shout about your email being used by someone that should not use it but what about that membership you got and haven't paid for? Quite easy to charge people. I agree with the fact that usetitan should not do that, 100% with you, though on the other side and from here you are not clear either
