Several problems that I see.

Begins with ASP.NET, god I hate to customize ASP.NET and styling ASP.NET "templates". You never really know how the crap is rendered (at least with MVC2, not sure if it has changed in newer environments). ID's and classes will get "lost" or renamed, bla bla...

As for the ASP.NET "templates" - totally agree. That is why you won't have to    See below. We made everything to make the script maximally customizable and easy to customize

Would you integrate a template that I have coded (valid HTML5 with CSS3/jQuery and so on) and it still looks/feels the same as my HTML template?

Yes. That is the solution for this issue above and solution, which allows everybody to have their Titan customized and who don't know ASP.NET at all. We offer Design Interation Feature (I wrote about it in the first post) - you send us your template (HTML5 + CSS + JS/jQuery) which meets the design integration requirements and we make the customization for you.

Then, the users must either

a: use the hosting YOU have/recommend (money/affiliate commission for you?)
b: get their own dedicated windows servers (expensive, hard to manage for non-techies, IIS is a b***h)

a: Absolutely no. Users are free to choose their hosting company. The script requirements are not limiting the windows hosting market to 3-5 companies. There are tens of them or even more. We will recommend one (or maybe two) hosting companies just for users who don't want to search for their own. For users who want to search for their own hosting company and are not sure if it meets the requirements, we will check it for them.
b: It is absolutely not necessary. Maybe, you will need dedicated windows server after you reach vast market (after ~4-10 months of service, and then you would probably afford it). On your start, the shared server is totally enough. And they are as cheap as PHP servers (maybe $1 more expensive)

We have this policy here: the customer is always right and the good customer, is satisfied customer. We really care (I hope that you woud be able to verify it).

Yes, you (they) are probably right but I would be careful if those addons come from third-parties (security issues). Anyway, I am sure Titan is worth its price (new, fresh, powerful, secure, 100% OOP, easily customizable, great technical support). You can also buy $5 script and if you are skilled programmer, rewrite it to something really special and unique. That's another (good) approach. All is well that ends well.

If you mean buying an Aurora site and a few addons and consider that better than a script with a real active development team...

I am professional frontend developer, did "template" integrations on ASP.NET (I think it was MVC2)... it was just horrible

The ID's and classes I have used where messed up due to the "awesome" ASP.NET framework... I just hate it.

However, I sure would like to see a demo of your script.

I see your point  that is why we offer this design integration feature (and by the way we don't use any ASP.NET MVC). Anywany, I hope you will like the demo!

Are there any other concers you have? The interest in Titan was very high but I see that many customers hesitate with their purchase decission. If there are any other issues/concerns/questions just ask here on EMS/PM/UseTitan forum/mail.

Just to point out, false marketing is bad! I'm talking about the No1 in the GPT software industry... but you have only been around for a day.

Also I hoped for an entirely new script (although im not looking to buy one). A lot of your features and the styles resemble other scripts that are already available.

The full sentence is: "#1 in PTC/GPT software industry, written and developed by professionalists only, runs on ASP.NET 4.0 + MSSQL (JS/JQUERY/SSL) technology" => First PTC/GPT written fully by professionalists in ASP.NET technology which is definetely true.

However, I agree that it is a little bit confisuing with the shortened sentence "#1 in PTC/GPT software industry (and we wanted to create that confusion) but I rather call it sales pitch, not false marketing. As you noticed, we have been online for a day, and we can't be the best. At least by sold copies or time online.

I have a feeling, that you registered here using different account (only 1 post, in this topic), just to throw mud at us, but I hope I am wrong. Nevertheless, thanks for the feedback.

As for the design (style): it is totally unique and created by one of our temporairly hired designers. The general PTC/GPT design schema is everywhere the same because it is just simply convenient. Our one is beautiful, simple, intuitive and modern.
