No website using licensed GenN3 has been hacked. So I'd say 100% is a pretty secure percentage.

It depends on the site, click rates and business model. You should first decide that and after choose a script.
All public ptc scripts are bugged, I don't know why it can't be fixed after so many years. It's good money we are talking about.. Well, maybe gen4 will really be as good as it sounds right now
