I think this is very bad idea. It would promote people being more reckless with their money. They would think oh well if i get scammed i will just get it back from everyone here. And what about responsibility and making wise decisions with your money? This seems like a very childlike view of the world that it is everyones responsibility to look out for how you spend your money. Charity? Lol we spend money online none of us need charity. Everyone knows everything is gamble on line. Because someone is doing good or making money at a particular site does not mean they owe anybody anything. Do you go knock on your neighbors door and ask him for money because you notice him doing better than you. Of course you dont. How about a common sense corner with tips. Number 1 if something is to good to be true it is. Etc. Just an opinion.
