It's activated in ad settings and their own options under X-ads. Any idea how to fix it?

Can you provide more details about this problem ?
Also any modifications you done in any click related files especially timer.php and verifyclick.php ?

Nope. Script was upgraded and files were over written. I haven't made any changes after upgrade.
