i am new ptc site owner i setup my site i just still don't have a template

i just need to guide me to how get the ads that i can show to people to click on it (paid to click ads) , i am new in this domain so i need a deep explaining

The easiest and quickest way to get started is to join affiliate programs and post those for members to view. Set good rates and promote promote promote. But before you do that, make your site presentable and understandable. make sure you set aside money also to pay members.
