In that case...I think I'll pass on this one. Doesn't seem legit if there's no way to cashout lol. Plus that pay is just ridiculously low.

known site got paid from there 20 times total of about 0.5$
you can reach the payout in a day.
but i think the paying is random......(you cant request its automatic)
