It's been 42 hours since I first set name servers, and the domain is STILL updating.
I have already contacted the domain provider and they told me to be patient, everything is set correctly and all I have to do is wait 24-48hours.
Now that I'm approaching the 48hour mark, will it automatically be done updating at the mark? Or could i possible have to wait longer?

Domain Provider: 1&1 (Usually use Godaddy and have no problem with DNS...)

go with namecheap,they have the fastest DNS and support so far.

Well, its not gonna work as your site (infiniticlicks.com) is not configured on the server. You need to contact ScottdaleHosting and tell them to configure your domain on their server's.
