I think that I've said why you won the game in the WINNERS' announcement.

And in the game, you are all adorable to me in your own special ways,
which can't be comparable by a glance from the pics of various ages ranges.

If I had to judge only by the looks, then the rules might have been differently set,
i.e. the pic's sizes, format, the age ranges, the costumes, etc.
and more judges would be required because you could not count on me alone to get the fine result.

But I think I can guess why you've asked this.
Probably you are about to send your pic, of course the second one,
to a friend / friends, a very special one / ones. 
So, I'll tell you what I think about your pic not why you won.

But please do not take my sayings as any criticizing, comments, teachings or somethings like that.
Kindly take them as a friendly chit chat from a well-grown up woman or from a very elder sister,
who used to be a girl in the age of 14-16, though quite a very long, long time ago. 
 
Well, it's really very difficult to regain that same old feeling of 14-16 when seeing a nice and cute boy.
And in my time, this didn't happen quite often.

In order to answer to your question,
I have to take a look at your pics, again and again, of course with the magnifier.

Then I can see a nice young boy, at the age of 16 - on 4th June 2012,
wearing a green shirt and a jacket with the yellow scarf,
smiling at me in a shy and reserved way with his dreamy eyes. 
I think he has black eyes.  He's got a beautiful lips too.
Oh, wowwww.... And his hair-style!!!  That's coooool.
And as you've said, 'it's all about the style'.

I think he has a good taste with clothing,
the green shirt and the jacket with that yellow scarf.
He looks a bit shy but sincere and charming.

In fact, I really like your pics, both. 
I think you've not changed much from being a little boy,
especially that happy look.  Keep the happy look, my bro.

You're lucky that you have an adorable look.
And what's more important than the outer look is the inner look,
the sincerity, the understanding and the consistency which will help
winning someone's heart. 

And what is more important than winning the heart, is that
can you keep that heart for long?
