I always say that you get what you pay for. For $0.99 a month, I wouldn't expect much. But I wish everyone best of luck getting their sites back.

Well they could've been unsuspended so the server/his account could be wiped...

What did I tell you guys? Listen to Snoork, you get what you pay for.

Now in my previous post I mentioned why PTC HOST wasted so much time with the so called malicious code instead of Using ONE SINGLE day to backup each site and send it to respective owners. That would have been smart.

thank you for the help . .
but, I don't think it will get better...
In the past, when I just get tens of active members, the server down .. . 
all members left, 
And now, I just regained them again . .and this thing happened again, 
No ones  are blamed here, it is just me who lack of fund but dare to build a ptc site. . .

what about putting an end to that then?

I mean not having 5.99 at least per month to host a site and still wanting to run a site like a PTC isn't it a silly move from you?

I have bad news i found out today that we have had our reseller account terminated due to the server admins not being able to remove the malicious software on server and if they did not teminate my account http://www.fasthost4u.com/ would loose all their servers, they are not replying to my emails so if you would like your backups please email them yourself at admin@fasthost4u.com and tell them you came from ptc host and you would like your sites files and database as i no more have any access to the files. This is down to hackers they believe that put the software on the servers to use all the memory up so the servers kept on going down.

I am very sorry it has come to this from me, ptc host owner, i wish you the best of luck to getting your sites back online

Actualy you cant get through and leave people without resolving thr issues. You need to resolve your pending issues with them according to your terms of service while having them as your customers. I am locking this thread because its just affecting buy and sell board. You guys keep continue your discussion in complaints board.
